PAYMENT

  • All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). You can also pay with PayPal.

  • Checkout: Taxes (VAT) will be added to the price according to your country. For prints, shipping costs are added also in the checkout

  • Invoices - for Portrait Sessions and Limited Edition works (includes VAT 24%)

SHIPPING PRINTS

  • Worldwide shipping with courier service

  • Large prints are shipped in protective tubes

  • Prints do not include frames.

  • Please, allow 7 - 20 business days from the date of purchase to the delivery date

  • Shipping costs are dependant on the country - they will be calculated at the checkout.

  • All products are handmade, packaged and shipped by Dialab Fine Art https://www.dialab.com/

COPYRIGHT

When you purchase one of the fine art prints, you are buying the actual physical copy. 
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not scan, duplicate, copy, resell, publish, or otherwise utilize the image in any manner without prior written authorization. You will own the print, not the rights to the original image.

PRIVACY

We value your privacy and will never share your address, email, or phone number.  

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

  • Returns are valid only for 14 days after the order is received.

  • To be eligible for return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition you received it - in the original packaging.

  • In case of damaged products:

    (a) keep all the original packaging material

    (b) take a picture of the damaged item for a proof - send it with your claim

    (c) You need to make claims within fourtheen days via wollsten.photography@gmail.com

  • In case you are not satisfied with the received product:

    (a) return the item in original condition for a refund to the following address:

    (b) Shipping Costs are not refunded

    (c) The item must be returned within fourteen days after the order is received

  • Once shipping the item back, it is advicable to use Delivery Confirmation

    — In case the item does not arrive within the fourteen-day-period from the received package, we will not be able to give you a refund.

WORKSHOP

  • Street Photography Workshop has to be paid one day before the scheduled date

  • If you are a no-show - you do not arrive to a scheduled workshop without cancelling it beforehand, you will not get a refund

  • If the workshop instructor (Wollsten) does not show up to a scheduled workshop without cancelling it beforehand, you get a refund and optional second date

PORTRAITS

  • Portraits can be paid after the photoshoot but before the delivery of the pictures

  • Payment for extra hours in terms of photo shoot or travelling to location need to be agreed upon before the session

  • RAW files are not available to the client - you will receive png, jpg and/or tiff files

  • Only minor retouches to the pictures - we are looking to make more authentic images
